I am very disappointed that I've received the incorrect product and informed Wayfair right away. Now they are saying the part is supposed to be delayed by a week and that someone will call me, it's been a week and no one bothered to call.

I wanted a nice fireplace TV stand with the insert included and in the ad it said it was. Only to come and find out when we were starting to build the stand that insert was not included with the box. I would not have bought this one if I knew that it was not included. So I go and look at the reviews. I am not the only person who has had this issue. There are a couple other people who have said the same thing about their order. This is very much false advertisement and needs to be fixed ASAP. We cannot even build the TV stand without that other piece because you need that piece in one of the first steps to start the building process. I am very unpleased with my experience ordering from Wayfair.

The tv stand looked good, but the manufacturer did not send the fireplace insert with it. Wayfair requested them to send it separately (no problem), but after a week of waiting the manufacturer can else’s the fireplace insert all together, leaving me no choice but to return my order and order a more expensive tv stand. All around very disappointed.

Package came but didn’t include fireplace. Description says fireplace included. Contacted wayfair they said they will ship out the fireplace, then the order gets cancelled. Had to call back and they promised me the fireplace will come. Still didn’t come and the order got cancelled then they refunded it without telling me anything and now won’t reply to my email asking what happens. Really disappointed with the whole process. Wasted my time and energy and now I’m stuck with a TV stand that has no fireplace and not sure what to do anymore
