My walls and doors are dark taupe, kind of grey. So I needed my entryway bench to have some color to it. I chose green to pop against the walls and doors but also to highlight the artwork. This bench does not disappoint. I love the curves, and it is sturdy and comfortable for putting on/taking off shoes. And the shoes have a home inside the bench. I love it here.

I like this bench a lot looks-wise, but I bought it for the living room for throw blankets and throw pillow storage, but honestly, the storage space is decent, but not great. I have a couple “chunky” blankets, and I can only fit one in with all the normal sized blankets. I just feel like for blanket and pillow storage, the depth (front to back) could be wider. If you don’t put chunky blankets in there, it will fit plenty of regular blankets, but I guess I’m just a chunky blanket kinda girl, so I’m stuck still not having a single space for all my blankets. (
