Cottingham Glass Top Coffee Table

I received a box that was previously opened. It was held at FEDEX due to it being opened. I received it days after I was supposed to receive it and when I got it say the damaged box, I opened it and it didn’t have any hardware. I called immediately and uploaded pictures. I received an email saying the hardware would be shipped the end of the following week. I called customer service again which by the way, they all say they’re Superiors. I explained the situation and got a solution. I called back due to not receiving a shipping label and pretty much was told I lied about getting my item returned because it was still being processed. I told the rep “ Dia” on several times that I got an email saying FedEx was scheduled to pick up the item and she kept denying it. FedEx showed up I told them Wayfair never sent me the label, only an email and he couldn’t take it because it was nothing to scan. Funny enough I called back and got “Dia” again and this time she put me on hold and then hung up. Oh and she said I didn’t send pictures which I did whenever I called the first time which later she say. As of right now at 10:42pm no one has called nor sent the label

Disappointed not in the product but in whoever answered this question incorrectly As you can see I asked : "Can you see through it to the lower level?" asked by Angela A:"It is see-through."Earl from Wayfair on May 18, 2022 It is NOT EARL! I wouldn't have bought it had I been given the correct answer
