Missing parts and abysmal packaging. This was suppose to be brand new, what happened, wayfair

Very disappointed. Product specs not accurate.

Looks great. Easy to assemble. I was a little concerned on delivery because the box was pretty damaged but they had it well protected inside so nothing damaged in shipment. One opportunity for improvement would be to make the parts stickers easier to remove after product is assembled but that is not that big of a deal.

Great stand overall, with a few frustrating assembly issues. Been trying to find a classic “z-line” style TV stand like this in 2026. They’re kinda rare now as most stands have are enclosed cabinets with doors. Those are fine for Netflix setups, but this open design is still best if you have a lot of gear. Packaging was great and it arrived in perfect condition. My main complaint is the assembly instructions. I build my own aluminum display cases, and somehow this was more annoying to assemble. I still don't know the actual issue i was having but I'm thinking the wooden pieces are not symmetrical like they seem. I actually had it mostly put together in about 15 minutes before realizing things weren’t lining up and had to take it all apart. There is also a ridiculous amount of stickers on all the parts! Removing them took longer than assembling because (of course) they all tear apart when trying to peel. For reference, the setup shown is with a 77" LG OLED.
