I purchased those stools for a client and it arrived without the cushions. Immediately, I called customer service and order the missing cushions. The order itself took 6 days to arrive but the missing cushions are nowhere to be seen after 9 days. I called again ( like I have much time to spare) and was informed that it is schedule to ship today and will take another 5 days to arrive! In total, if it indeed arrives on the 14th, it will take 14 days to fix the problem. My client is upset and I am extremely disappointed that so little attention and care is given to the client once order goes wrong. The CS staff is very nice but what I need is efficiency.
