Stools came stacked so tight I cannot get them apart. I will keep trying for another day or two but I may end up needing to return because the product is un usable.

These chairs did not arrive at the time that was quoted when it was ordered, but when it did arrive, I was happy to see that the packaging was done very well. According to some of the reviews that I read, many buyers had issues with pulling the chairs apart. These were definitely packaged much better. The chair bottoms were stacked, but they had plastic bags around them with sufficient spacing to separate them from other chairs, which made it easy to take them apart. There was no stickyness between the chairs. I like the chairs without the backing, so I did not install it. I decided to use them as backless barstools instead. I plan to get some kind of seat covers for them to add character and so it can hide the slots where the backing would have been installed. These stools better look really great without the backing. It doesnt crowd the kitchen island. I am happy with my order! I hope they remain sturdy and long-lasting. They definitely feel like they would without the backing. Try it out!!

Overall, these stools are good. I wouldn’t call them great for a few reasons. First, they come with adhesive stickers all over them which are extremely difficult to remove without damaging and scratching the chairs. Secondly, the acrylic is scratched, blurred, or flecked with black spots on all four stools. Third, once assembled, the backs feels a little flimsy / like if anyone over 150 lbs really leaned on them, they might snap. They look good aesthetically, though - especially if you want stools that don’t block off a kitchen but still have a back. We use these stools mostly for kids to eat at our breakfast bar so they’ll be ok but they are very low quality for the price.

Chairs were stacked so tightly together during shipment I had to smother them in baby oil to get them apart. And then they were a nightmare to clean ....
