Lot of pieces but came together nicely

DONT BUY THIS!!! The screw holes aren’t aligned - they built it for a non-upholstered bed and didn’t bother to fix the calculations. And leave updating their calculations, they’ve also not made all the holes needed. I just got to step 4 of 24 but I already see step 3,4,5,6,7,8,18,19,20,21,and 22 be misaligned because of the base calculation errors. Just don’t buy it, please!!

Beautiful bed! I love we can lift the bed for storage, love that we can charge my phone and use the light for a night light. The bed is very comfortable.

This bed is so durable! I am a plus size woman and the bed is so secure. The storage space underneath is amazing and the lights are a great touch.

Well made and just what I wanted

This bed is really great. Purchased it for my son and he loves it! The quality is great. Very sturdy and the storage underneath is perfect to store blankets and other large items that he doesn’t use all of the time. It’s very easy to lift and close. We did opt to pay for the white glove delivery and after seeing the package of screws etc to put it together, I was very relieved. It took them about 130 to complete. If you are unsure about purchasing, go for it!

When the box arrived, there was a major part missing. I reported this to Wayfair and put in a request for a replacement part. It has been 10 days, 7 of which were business days, and I have had no communication. Reaching out to Wayfair customer service chat is time-consuming and frustrating. By the time they finally answer, if youre not looking right, then they disconnect and assume you dont need help. The bed otherwise seems to have solid parts and decent quality. I couldnt keep building it since one of the big parts is missing. Its been taking up most of my room for 10 days now. I might just return it since its useless without the part.
