I purchased the TV stand and started to assemble it on Friday night, to my surprise all the glass was completely broken, I called customer service and explained my issues to the Customer Service representative and they were willing to replace the glass shelves.

The TV stand is beautiful. Just like the picture. Only negative is that the instructions are just plain terrible. Good thing my husband is pretty smart and figured it out.

Item arrived with a broken shelf which was not the shippers fault. I contacted them and they could not have handled it better. I got the new shelf in less than a week. Sturdy shelf that looks great. My only complaint is not all of the parts had sticker labels. But assembly was easy despite that.

Right price, great look, and easy to put together with a little help. The only problem was Fed-Ex. They stood it up and it could have fallen with the winds we have been getting. The box was also opened on one side. It may have been taped up incorrectly. All pieces were there and my wife is very happy with it.
