Table basse Cruzville

Order coffee table that was open box. Wayfair website states that item that are open box have been inspected by returns department and item is I. Like new condition. Table arrived yesterday—box was tore up and looked like it had been taped up by a child. Went to put the table together and a huge scratch was visible on the top. Most likely why it was returned from the original purchase. Called customer service and she tried to find a way to fix it but there was none since the item was non returnable. (Customer service was awesome) . Table is going to goodwill this morning. Do NOT buy anything open box from Wayfair.

The material was nicely heavy but parts were missing. Customer service could not send new parts so refunded entire purchase! So while it did not work out, i would try again. That’s why I couldn’t give a 5 bc it was not perfect, but it still deserves a good rating bc they did all they could to remedy.
