In most of the photos of this article they deceive you into thinking that there's a full side (refer to photo -> black spot empty spot instead of green) in reality this is the only way it can look, which is very ugly. Also, for some reason the ottoman part has the cushion sitting on the lower part which has springs inside of it (comfortable) while the sitting part has slats of wood that you install yourself (less comfortable) which doesnt really make much sense because you will prefer sitting on the ottoman because its more springy. So yeah after spending over 300$ on this open box and realising its that ugly, and that ill have to find a way to hide this atrocious hole anywhere i manage to put it in my house, its not great. Gave 2 stars because it can be comfortable because of the springs and foam cushions, but you will need gorilla pads to stop the ottoman from moving, and not mind the gap.

This accent chair features plush, soft upholstery with the wood frame had tapered legs, was very hard to assemble the mechanism. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The Tapered leg could cause an injury if someone were to hit the legs with their feet.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CHAIR!!!! The picture is deceptive!!! Seat of this set has all of the framing showing and looks like an incomplete project. And what makes matters worse is the manufacturer tells you this is correct and wants to offer a 10 discount for my confusion.

I bought the end pieces + the middle piece with ottoman because a 6 piece sectional was too big for my living room. I find it very comfortable, though the back cushions might be sagging/shifting already. It has a really pretty texture but it might not be for everyone. I am giving it 4 stars because it CAME WITH THE WRONG PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS! I assembled it by trial and error. A few days later the end pieces with the correct instructions came in and then I realized that the model is 503, NOT A503. At the time of posting the right instructions are the second “installation and assembly” pdf. Other than the instruction mishap I am very happy with this couch.
