The sofa is not as shown in the photo. It is not comfortable because it did not inflate properly, and there are uneven areas in the backrests, which makes it unusable. Additionally, I am unable to return it since I brought it to Guatemala and it’s already out for the box . Therefore, I am requesting a refund, as the product does not match what was advertised or promised.
