In most of the photos of this article they deceive you into thinking that there's a full side (refer to photo -> black spot empty spot instead of green) in reality this is the only way it can look, which is very ugly. Also, for some reason the ottoman part has the cushion sitting on the lower part which has springs inside of it (comfortable) while the sitting part has slats of wood that you install yourself (less comfortable) which doesnt really make much sense because you will prefer sitting on the ottoman because its more springy. So yeah after spending over 300$ on this open box and realising its that ugly, and that ill have to find a way to hide this atrocious hole anywhere i manage to put it in my house, its not great. Gave 2 stars because it can be comfortable because of the springs and foam cushions, but you will need gorilla pads to stop the ottoman from moving, and not mind the gap.

I love the couch it’s soft and comfortable and it was easy to assemble.

This couch has some positives and some negatives. It took a significant amount of time to assemble and the couch rest on slats, kinda like a mattress. This causes them to wiggle around a lot. The armrest are too very flat pillows that attached by Velcro, I really do not provide any kind of support. The metal feet are also very uncomfortable and dangerous when walking.
