Difficult to assemble. Provided assembly hardware length was not long enough to complete assembly. Multiple cracks in wood after product was opened. I wished I could return this product after opening because this is not worth the cost. Solid wood felt of the cheap grade. Will never buy from this brand again.

I've assembled many pieces of furniture in my life and this was the most difficult of them all. Beyond the other reviews of needing assistance etc., to say this is a hardwood bench is a stretch. Hardwood and wood material blend would be better. On initial assembly, the back wall grooves did not line up on one side of the frame corner so I had to carve a slightly wider channel to make it work. What couldn't be fixed are the terrible quality nut inserts that the framing bolts attach to inside the frame. Key item here. Any modest pressure will strip the nut. I had one break in half under a torque that could only be described as weak pressure. For the money I paid, I was hoping for better quality material. I can live with a difficult to assemble piece, but you can create quality when the material is low grade. I would not buy this piece again. The only reason I'm keeping it is because I used wood glue on all the joints/parts with angle iron on the underside of the legs/base frame where the nuts gave out. It's darn near a handmade piece of furniture at this point. I would seriously move on unless you are a handy fixer type person.
