Shipping was quick and it came with full service delivery so they assembled the chair, placed it where we wanted it and removed all the packaging which was awesome! It’s a BIG comfortable chair that you can sit sideways on if you wanted to. The quality of the leather is above average and the light brown color with the wooden accents is very pretty. We have the matching sofa so it goes perfect in our living room

This chair is absolutely stunning and truly stands out as a statement piece in our space. The leather is beautiful and feels incredibly high quality. It’s smooth, rich in color, and looks even better in person than it did in the photos. The craftsmanship is impressive, and you can tell a lot of attention went into the details. The wood accents complement the leather perfectly and add a warm, sophisticated touch that really elevates the overall design. From a style standpoint, this chair easily became one of our favorite pieces of furniture. It has a timeless look that works well with a variety of décor styles while still feeling unique and eye-catching. Unfortunately, our chair arrived with some damage. We were disappointed at first, especially since we were so excited about it. To make matters worse, the chair had already sold out by the time we reached out. However, the customer service team was fantastic throughout the process. They were responsive, understanding, and genuinely went out of their way to help us find a fair resolution. Even though we weren’t able to receive a replacement, the experience with their team was very positive. Because of the beautiful design and the excellent customer service, we would absolutely purchase from this brand again in the future.

Love this chair. It accentuates the space perfectly. The leather is beautiful and very soft. Sturdy and well built with plenty of room.
