One of the four chairs I received had a metal spike protruding from the bottom, which scratched my floor. After spending thousands of dollars on this purchase, I was unable to speak with a live agent and was instead directed to what seemed like a chatbot. Ultimately, I now have to wait several weeks for a replacement, with no compensation offered for the inconvenience or the poor quality control.
