This piece is really beautiful. The stain is darker than the picture online and the legs and hardware are much more subtle. It looks great in our foyer.

I read the reviews prior to purchasing and I still did not listen to the better judgement of other reviewers. Someone else gave this console table a review that talked about the desk being made of really cheap particle compressed wood chips pressed to resemble solid wood. They were 100 correct. The layer of cheap pressed particle wood shaving chips is so cheap and thin that it literally peeled apart - and the pressure from just shipping it caused the top half to collapse into the base. All of the sections pierced through like slicing through soft bread. We are HEAVY WAYFAIR SPENDERS...so we know what to expect at every price point. This console table is 100 not as described for quality and has no business being priced at 2,000 dollars. Do. NOT. Buy. I repeat. This is NOT a statement piece. Look for an alternative option. This is not true solid hardwood at all. Ours turned out to be a total loss. Do not make the same mistake we did. Fair warning to all. There are better pieces on Wayfair. This is not one of them.

LOVE this console Table. Nice size and looks fantastic.

Unfortunately the metal legs are not the colored as stated in the description. And to make it worse the drawer handles are a different color of metal. Bummed because I love the look
