These high chairs fitted perfectly on my island

Chairs are so pretty but the back of one came defective and the other one the foot rest is too short and won’t stay in place. Love the chairs and customer service rep was super friendly and accommodating.

I received the chairs with a lot of damage to the shipping boxes, but the chair pieces were so well packed and protected that there wasnt a single stain, dent, or scratch on any of them. The chairs were very easy to assemble. Im not sure if they were supposed to come with an Allen key for the bolts because mine didnt have one, but luckily, I had one in a multi-tool set. Although the tight spaces made it a bit challenging to screw in the bolts with my multi-tool, I still managed to get the job done. The cushions are very comfortable with good, sturdy backing. Overall, the chairs are very sturdy and well made.

Do not buy. I ordered 1 set then an other. Wood on second set did don’t match color of first. Returned and had another set sent. Faults with depth of holes drilled and cushioning on seats.. Wayfair sent another set … fault with the hole where the front legs go.. hole too small for legs to slot in… Wayfair sent replacement parts .. same issue with holes and the distance drilled for where the screws fit in to back of the chair so could not get screws in.. I am still one chair down and despite promise from a supervisor in customer service to sort this out and three messages left .. no response or resolution. Spent hours trying to put these chairs together. Cannot return the one set as we have used them but I need a functioning set to match the other two at my island. Be warned.
