The sofa is beautiful!! Sturdy but also comfortable. It loses a star because it looks more gray in person and the seating should be attached to avoid it moving when somene sits on it.

This is a very nice couch. It's the exact same one sold by several high end interior design stores, for about $800 less. It's extremely comfortable, the leather is very soft and buttery, and the color and material is very consistent. I have two kids and a dog who aren't particularly kind to the couch. It has gotten some small scratches, but they blend in quickly and don't mind the way they look...kind of a given with a leather couch. I would buy this same couch again and feel lucky to have been able to snag one while they were available.

Sofa great. White glove service not provided and unpacked boxes left at my house before guests arrived. I put 84” sofa together myself and moved very heavy boxes. PG’s solution is to offer discount on your order, but this did not work for me. Customer service and delivery an absolute disaster—still not resolved and no one at Perigold cares to help me. Problems escalated to upper level management and no call back to me about a missing item from order. I had to call back and ask to be credited $1000 for missing item. I thought upper level management would have done that. Concierge service recommended I just look for new item when the missing items were clearly available on their website. Customer should not have to phone no less than 6 times to get a resolution. Really question care for customers.

I like this sofa even more in person, it's a luxe gray look. Feels substantial

We purchased two for our family room and they are just beautiful, not to mention super comfortable and very high quality. Best Buy of the year. Sofas look even better in person than in the pictures.
