Amazing couch and delivery was top notch

Lovely couch but super disappointed that when the couch was delivered the two pieces did not match. Very kind delivery driver who took a lot of photos and said he ordered a replacement. Quickly received an email from Wayfair saying my replacement would be delivered Friday. I thought it was all taken care of. Unfortunately I just found out today that my order is “on hold” while they do some more investigating. Super disappointed as I have been waiting quite a while for this couch as they already had to delay my first delivery. I have usually had a good experience with Wayfair customer service but I’m disappointed they put this order “on hold” and didn’t let me know. No assumed my delivery was still arriving Friday as they originally told me.

The sectional is exactly as it is described! Comfortable and fits the space well!

We got this sectional in green and are SO in love with it. The material is beautiful and soft to the touch, and the couch is high quality. 10/10 recommend.

Overall it’s comfortable and great color and looks beautiful but if I had bought it full price I’d be disappointed with the comfort level
