Parts of the backboard are hollow and not cushioned

We did not receive the hardware with the bed frame. The movers that were supposed to set up the bed frame took everything out of the packages. The hardware was missing so the bed was left in pieces on my bedroom floor along with my mattress. Made contact with wayfair asap and I was told the hardware would ship. 23 days later wayfair has not shipped the hardware. Than today was offered the hardware and a 25% refund on the cost of the hardware. Wow. Than they say pick one the hardware or the 25% refund. I don't trust wayfair now and a 3000 bed frame is laying on the floor.

High quality piece at this price point. Love that it comes in a full size. Bought it for my son about a year ago and just ordered a second for my daughter.
