Bibliothèque standard en bois massif Jeanna H 94 "x l 84"

I got this in the worn black color and it looks great, and the full service delivery meant I didn't have to assemble it myself or deal with the packaging - very helpful!

Delivery and installation was performed nicely and the bookcase is quite handsome. But, the furthest right hand door for the storage space was totally broken. I contacted customer service, was told that another door would "be on the way tomorrow", and then got a notice on May 13 that the "replacement part was delayed". I'm writing this review on May 24. How long does it take to get a new door shipped, which I shall install myself? There are many other website out there which sell desks and bookcases. From now on, when I need additional furniture, I shall skip Joss & Main and look elsewhere.

Generally satisfied with piece. The cabinets have alot of black markings in the wood while the rest of the piece does not and the holds didn’t match up when putting together exactly and had to be adapted. Used a more stable way to attach to the wall for safety because the plastic pieces sent were too flimsy. In general it looks good.

So beautiful. Worth every penny! Simple to assemble. Just make sure a 7ft wide frame fits through the door.

Its nice but first shelf that came was damaged. Second time they didnt come with all the parts. Then finally when they delivered everything come to find out they arent able to assemble so we will have to find someone else to assemble this item.
