Table de salle à manger extensible Kaplan

Solid, well built table with great shape.

Material, Craftsmanship, and the Design I believe if different material was used in making the middle more stable, it would’ve been a good design. Due to that not being the case, there were Stability issues which caused the wood to crack on both sides underneath (see photos) where the rails are mounted. Small screws also were falling out upon any movement of table. (There were 3 loose in the box when I opened it.) And, as we pulled the table to insert the leafextender, the wood pulled up and away from the manufactured wood. (see photos) Again, perhaps if a different material was used… The table did match the description, measurementscolor etc.. If the engineering of this table was modified I could see it being a 5 star table, no question. I’d like to add, it hurts me to give a poor review. I always keep everything in account and for this one I figured if I could help in terms of what needs to be improved then it must be done.

Assembly was hampered by un-labeled parts, but in the end it went together nicely. Feels sturdy except on the ends, where the table overhang is slightly, shall we say, flexible. Can't have anyone who leans heavily on the table sitting on the ends! Love the color and the style. Overall, OK.

The table was really well made, felt sturdy!

Table finally arrived, and the delivery people didn't bother to let me know it was propped up against the wall between my garage doors. The instructions are images with little description, and the letters that link to the diagrams were not attached to the right parts. In fact, there was a "F" sticker on one leg, and yet, the instructions had no "F". The holes to align the base of the table did not align with the other legs, so I had to cut the end to even put the screws in. It's not flush. The wood flakes off very easily as you try to assemble the table. I would not recommend this table.
