Customer service is incredible...I received these trays and they were damaged. I told them my problem and they handled it professionally and promptly. Thank you. These trays are solid wood and very good quality.

I would give it zero stars if I could as it is NOT as described. I searched everywhere for the perfect size and height table, with a tray with edges, to send to my elderly mom in another province, to use for small puzzles. The tray says it is 16" wide. Well, it's 12"!!! Nowhere close. Totally unsuitable- and impossible for her to manage to package up and return from where she lives in another province. Over $300 spent on something that was falsely advertised. First and last time ordering from Wayfair.

All legs were damaged at the top as though scraped on something. Did not bother toreturn

Excellent tray for my modern home! Highly recommended and worth the money due to sturdy and well made wooden construction!
