Bolts get loose periodally, so need to tighten. Other than that about what I expected.

Love the stools. Not difficult to put together. Legs are more gray in color though.

This stool is incredibly comfortable and sturdy, thanks to its substantial weight. The only drawback is that the iron top can be chilly to sit on in colder temperatures.

Definitely did not live up to my expectations. Not as rustic looking as the pictures make it out to be. The wood feels cheap and you can see the seams where it was glued together. The metal is sharp and hurts to handle or use the foot rest. I paid $250/stool (and that was sale price) but this stool is only worth about half that amount.

Nope- too manufactured looking. Was hoping for a more natural look to the metal. Also the foot rest was awful- cuts into the bottom of your feet when sitting on them.
