Console en bois massif 55 po Roanne

The design is exactly what I wanted, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. My first console table arrived damaged; the replacement was also damaged in transit. The legs are 50+ lbs and the packaging simply doesn’t protect them. After two failed deliveries and multiple emails, I’m now being asked to find and pay for oversized boxes to return broken parts before a refund is issued. That puts the cost and time burden on the customer for a problem caused by inadequate packaging. I’ve spent hours dealing with this—photographs, emails, and trying to source boxes that will even fit the pieces. At this point, I’m left with damaged merchandise in my home and a refund that’s contingent on me solving the packaging issue. The product looks great in photos, but the shipping and return process completely undermine it. Until the packaging is upgraded and returns are handled more fairly (e.g., returnless refund for repeat damage or providing packaging/pickup support), I can’t recommend this item.

Absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately I will be returning it because it doesn’t work in my space but I do love the table.

It’s fnice, but it’s a little simple and the color of the top plank isn’t really matching the colors of the pillars.

It came broken. Cute table but not for the price UPDATE: 9/24/2024 I reached out WAYFAIR and the Manufacturer twice. They reached back out and just went completely ghost. Please dont buy anything from this manufacturer. They will never compensate for any damages or even apologize.
