The chair is nice but some parts of it looks used

We like the chair very much but the first chair had worn hole in the arms---the 2nd chair that was the replacement for the first chair had one leg shorter them the other legs--we love your wed site and customer support very much-- P/S great people and company---I fix the legs and we recommend that your company drop this vendor

Great quality armchair! The chair comes fully assembled. The quality of the materials is great, love the colors and design of the chair. This armchair is sturdy and comfortable to sit in. I am really happy with the style and design.

This chair is beautiful however, there are several deep cuts in the wood of the arms and legs. the last picture indicates one of the cutsscratches. The chair was wrapped and packed well so the marks were not from shipping. wayfair offered to send someone to fix them. the leather sling seat is both comfortable and beautiful.

Overall, this is a very pretty and very stylish chair for this style of design it’s actually pretty comfortable. The overall quality seems very nice. It is real leather. It came fully assembled. The advantage of that is that you don’t have to assemble, but the disadvantage is the box was huge so if you’re concerned with extra packaging and extra cardboard, you may want to take that into consideration, the only issue I found with it from a condition standpoint is there does appear to be a stain or smudge on the back of the chair. You can see it in the pictures you might be able to clean it and get it off but I haven’t tried yet.
