Excellent chair. It looks as pictured and is heavy duty. It is comfortable on its own, but I also find that adding a pillow to the lower back provides a bit more support. I had an issue with the original chair I ordered, and Wayfair's customer service took care of the issue and replaced the chair immediately. Great customer service as usual.
