This stool arrived with crackling dry, and cracked, caning. What a disappointment. Incredibly low quality, especially for the price.

I love the way the bench looks. Unfortunately the wicker is too dry and is separating and breaking. I am very disappointed, we have not abused the chair in any way and we are well under the weight limit for the chair. It shouldn't be falling apart this quickly (3 months)

The design is simple and elegant, a cross between Hong Kong and Chelsea, with a touch of Noguchi design. I liked it when I saw the photo and I like it still whilst sitting in my home. Regrettably, a piece of the webbing broke shortly after delivery. The maker offered me a choice of refund or replacement. I chose replacement, deciding to bet WITH the maker and not AGAINST them…and I’m glad I did. The second bench arrived a day or so later and is currently in place, not only looking good but sturdy and functional. Make no mistake, this is one VERY COOL bench….it’s impact on a room goes WAY beyond merely having something to sit on. EDIT: The webbing on the second bench broke just like the webbing on first/returned bench. I no longer trust the design: it's dangerous. I am not heavy at 150 lbs. and the bench does not get frequent or hard usage. To have two of them break in the same way suggests an underlying problem with the product. Regretfully, I want to return it and I want my money back.

Love this stool. Its in my bathroom holding bath towels next to the tub. I dont think the seat is sturdy enough to hold the weight of an average adult man but Im a petite woman and it was fine for me. Very cute look.
