We bought this several years ago and it still looks brand new. The gold is just the right color and easy to recover if you want your own custom fabric. Love it!

Sturdy stools for a very good price. I got two of these to go at the end of the bed in my guest room. They are surprisingly sturdy and easy to assemble. The velvet is very nice. The bases are well made. The gold color does look a little spray painted on, but I still really like them am very happy with them
