Sturdy and the gold finish is very nice. Large enough to sit on or fill in a small empty space.

Sturdy stools for a very good price. I got two of these to go at the end of the bed in my guest room. They are surprisingly sturdy and easy to assemble. The velvet is very nice. The bases are well made. The gold color does look a little spray painted on, but I still really like them am very happy with them
