Very well made desk.

We love it. Thought it was going to look more grey but it really is *Cafe* - which works so much better for us because I was going to have to rearrange to make things match a grey color in the office, lol. So glad I found this desk on sale. Space enough for 2 WFH persons, one night and one day, to have our own monitor setups and pen jars and oddities displayed on it. Wish I could afford the other Kilby or Yosemite pieces. Came 95 assembled - we bolted in the legs and have procrastinated on screwing in the handles. My only grip is somwthing I easily forget about - the corner repair wasnt stained over.

Love the design of the desk. But it is missing hardware!!! And like many other reviewers stated, it came all banged up. I think that’s why the hardware (major screws) are missing. When I opened the package, several fell out. It looks like the others got lose in transit due to poor packaging. The way they taped in the hardware put it in a vulnerable position. The desk was also severely scratched and dented in 4 places. Beautiful piece. Too bad!!!! What a disappointment when you spend that much money!!!! UPDATE Wayfair was quick to jump on the service once I emailed them. They are sending the missing assembly instructions and missing hardware. Appreciate the great customer service!

Very sturdy and robust piece of furniture. Large surface area of top makes an ample workspace, but it does take a considerable amount of space. Beautiful dark stain and rough hewn finish. My only complaint is that it is difficult to attach the lower drawer pulls because the holes are very close to the floor of the drawer. After a few attempts we were able to attach them, but the felt lining was slightly roughed up in the process. Not worth knocking it down to a four-star rating though.
