Paddy Genuine Leather Executive Chair with Headrest

Not genuine leather. What would make a person or persons lie like that. Not worth the asking price.

Buyers BEWARE!!! This is Not a GENUINE LEATHER CHAIR!!! Just Opened the Box, ready to put it together. When I realized, IT'S NOT GENUINE LEATHER. Maybe some Kind of LEATHER??? But Not Genuine Leather. Sending it back Right Now...

Great looking! Very comfortable. Perfect fit in a professional office. Highly recommended. 

My second worst item purchase and buying experience on Wayfair ever! First, the package arrived with the Assembly instructions/Owner manual missing. It took almost a week to receive it after initiating a request through the online resolution portal and a follow-up phone call to Wayfair customer care. Next, discovered that two of the parts listed on the assembly instructions - a screw for securing a handrail to the seat and the chrome covering for that screw - were also left out of the package. Worse, one of the screw holes for fastening one of the handrails is much shorter than the screw provided. The screw will simply not go any further and is jutting out of the side of the chair! And two of the chrome plates/coverings for concealing the screws simply do not fit and constantly fall off. Extremely poor design and/or quality control on this chair.
