Malgré mon appel chez vous pour corriger le mode de livraison et prendre l'option de déballage on a laissé mon fauteuil dans le couloir. J'ai du me débrouiller en urgence.

I had high hopes for a lazy boy but this just wasn't comfortable at all. I bought it because it has an extended seat and leg rest as I'm 6ft and most recliners are too short. Although the length was nice, the seat itself was way too narrow. I felt like I was in the middle seat of an airplane. Not only was it narrow the cushion didn't have any give so it was quite stiff. The lumbar support, inflatable head rest, and the remote were nice accessories but didnt makeup for the basic lack of space and comfort in the seat. Ended up having to return it for something else.
