They sent me a chair with completely different upholstery than the listing shows/describes. The listing says/shows chenille what I received is some kind of faux leather microfiber. Its obviously wrong but rather than helping resolve the issue they tried to gaslight me by saying its the lighting in my home. Now I am out $1500~ and stuck with a chair I dont want. Beware

My adult son loves this chair. It was exactly what he wanted. I find it very comfortable, as well. It was slightly damaged, as it would not attach the top into the seat correctly, but a technician came out and made it much better, not perfect, but better. Wayfair offered a complete replacement, but I was happy with a price credit. It has held up great and no further issues. I am very happy with the service provided by Wayfair and the product.

Excellent quality. Perfect for nursery

This is a very pretty chair but smaller than I realized it would be. I’m 5’4 and my feet hung off the footrest.

Color is more taupe than cream. I prefer the darker color so that works for me. It is slightly smaller than I expected. But still a good size recliner and quite comfortable.
