Finley Power Rocking Recliner with Power Headrest and Lumbar

We bought this for our nursery 2 years ago and absolutely love it. We are now expecting our second child and bought another one for the new nursery.

The delivery was great, received sooner than expected. However, we did not receive the correct model of Lazy Boy recliner that we ordered. It it a different color and has features that were not on the order we placed. The chair is a cream color not the smoke and it has wireless cell charger, cup and iPad holder. Our Finley was suppose to be color smokey and no extra features on the arm rest. Just plain arm rests. Not sure the style,model we received as the invoice said finley rocker recliner with lumbar. Please contact on what we should do next. Thank you

The whole family fights over this chair, from the dog to my 6’5”, 250 pound husband. It’s pretty sleek looking for a recliner, and is not bulky, but it’s very sturdy even when fully reclined. The fabric is a very light greige - it looks gray against the beige couch in the next room over, but looks beige next to a true gray.

Bought this for my daughters nursery and have used it everyday for several weeks now. The color and fabric is really nice and looks sleeker than the other over stuffed recliners. I’m 5’2 and I do find it hard for my feet to touch the ground when rocking, but with a lumbar pillow (which you def need if you recline fully back) its easier. I’ll warn you that this rocker can be a bit loud when reclining back and especially when closing the foot rest, I find holding the handle while closing the foot rest and leaning back a little helps soften the noise, but not by much. It’s really a beautiful chair and I’m glad I got it for several hundred less than what it’s being sold for now. It’s much better quality than the nursery chairs I tried at buy buy baby.
