I wanted to love the chair I bought 3 all I can say is that they don’t stay gripped the back slides doesn’t lock nor when it’s proofed up which is difficult to sit in when you are arthritis.

We love this chair so far. I kind of wish I would have spent the extra money for the electric, but not so sure it would be worth the extra $600. The crank is fine, just loud. Aside from that little thing, chair is comfortable and looks great.
