Fauteuil inclinable électrique Maverick avec appui-tête et soutien lombaire

Ordered this from Wayfair and within 24 hours, the headrest stopped working. Reached out immediately to Wayfair customer service and I was told they couldn’t do anything and that they would reach out to the manufacturer and start a claim. After 3 days of not hearing anything, I called the La Z Boy number myself and they said not claim has been started. So I started a claim and didn’t hear anything for 5 days. Finally got an update that they need to replace a part. Usually I have had good experience from Wayfair customer service, but this was a bad experience. Especially because we needed the chair for a post op recovery at home. Now we have to wait for some technician to come to our home and fix it.

We are very pleased with our chairs. We bought two; his and hers! Everyone that visits love them as well! Much cheaper through Wayfair than the Lazy-Boy store and the same quality.
