Frame in a couple of places is not flush, leaving gaps. Back cushion squishes down almost immediately and cannot be removed to fluff up. Bed was all right for sleeping occasionally .

Lovely material, very sturdy, and the pull out bed is great and easy to use. I bought a tempurpedic mattress topper on sale and it makes it a very comfortable bed!
