First off, I have sat on this same chair in multiple fabrics and configurations in the Layzboy store and Boscov's and all chairs sat the same, fit me perfectly and supported all body parts without discomfort. This chair purchased through Wayfair " Pinnacle Leather Match Power Rocking Recliner with Headrest and Lumbar" is not the same. There is a huge gap between the seat back and the seat, seems like the back is over stuffed with the Lumbar support control. This large gap between the but and where the chair back bottom is located is the area that the users LUMBAR is located, however the lumbar support just pokes you in the middle/upper back even with it at the most negative support position. This make the chair rather uncomfortable and not something I would have ever bought let along spent $2K on. To make matters wors e this is the Second chair, the first was damaged due to the way the chair was packed in the box, leather was damaged. Wayfair was very fast to correct this and get another chair to me in less than a week. Unfortunately I did not get to test out the first chair, they may all be this with an over stuff short back, which is a no starter for me. I will use this over the weekend and if it does not improve a good deal I will be calling CS to pick this up and refund my money. Very disappointed. Will update in a few days to let you know if the seat back breaks in or if Wayfair took the chair back.
