power back now slowly rachets from recline to normal start position. takes up to 5 minutes to get from recline position and interferes with getting up to urinate from reclining position

Quality not as expected. Chair is for a small person

This chair is perfect for me. I am very pleased with the process! Delivery was very smooth, and customer service was excellent. Previously, I ordered 2 identical chairs. My husband loves his but was too large for me. Went to local store to look at chairs. Found a Lazy boy chair I had seen on Wayfair. Price at Wayfair was less than local store with free delivery. Local store was charging $150.00 for delivery. Plus, Wayfair gave a discount to cover the cost of pickup, package and delivery for the returned chair. Very pleased with entire purchase process and do recommend!!

Very comfortable. The lift feature makes it easy to get in and out of.

It’s a great chair! It is definitely worth the price due to the lift feature.
