Once I finally received it (first one damaged in transit) the delivery was great and the men were diligent in handling this heavy sofa. It was very well wrapped. The sofa is beautiful and I like the color, although more grayish than in the image. It is extremely comfortable when reclined too. Fabric is nice and soft and has a nice feel. The sofa is for my parents as they move to a senior living apartment.

I love this recliner couch! The delivery guy assembled the back incorrectly, and after he changed it around, he still installed one back incorrectly, half on and half off, so I had to take it off and put it back on correctly. But the recliner itself is so comfortable and I love the adjustability of the footrests.

Delivery was smooth. I was called and told a delivery time. My reclining sofa was brought into the house and unwrapped and set up. I really like this sofa.

We first saw this sofa at Lazy Boy and discovered it for sale on Wayfair for great deal less. The price also included the fabric protection which was an extra cost from Lazy Boy. Very comfortable and the color is very neutral and goes well with everything. Delivery went smoothly. Workers were very friendly and had the new sofa put together and in place in no time. We are very happy with our purchase.

Extremely pleased with couch, and cost $650 less than exact same couch at Lay-Z-Boy retail outlet.
