This was a seamless experience from purchasing to delivery. The chair is perfect for my larger sized brother and extremely comfortable. The leather is high quality and beautiful. Easy to recline. Great chair!

Works well but after a few weeks it has some creaks and groans as it becomes worn-in.Wayfair service and delivery were excellent. Lazyboy has been a good purchase; price was much less than in the store and this piece was on sale; so we saved a bunch of money shopping here. A year later, the chairs outward appearance is good, but internally, it definitely creaks and groans when you sit on it. The oversized nature of the chair is problematic if you’re under 6’ or don’t have quite long legs.

The recliner is designed for a tall large person as described but well-made and attractive - “freakishly comfortable”! The delivery was ontime and professional. The pre-delivery communications great!
