Canapé inclinable en cuir Trouper

Delivery was excellent. The design color and function of the sofa was what I expected. It looks great in my house. Sadly the leather was damaged. Wayfair resolved the issues immediately. I was in contact with the seller the same day and we were able to negotiate a fair compensation for the damages.

Took over a month to arrive. Unfortunately it is for a house that is not quite finished yet. So it is sitting in the garage still wrapped tight in plastic. NO one has even sat in it yet. Thus only 3 stars- I will add a review after I have lived with it fir awhile. I am trusting the Lazboy name and hoping for the best. Was apprehensive about buying a couch online. Update: it is in the new house. We love it. Comfortable for me (5'3") and the boyfriend (6'7"). I trusted in the LaZBoy brand and Wayfair and neither disappointed. Many of the new items in here came from Wayfair - sink & faucet, towel racks, island and sink lighting etc. The sink was an open box item. We have not returned or disliked any of it. And lots of folks really liked the unique and different items we were able to find at Wayfair vs what comes off the shelf at the big box home improvement stores. Five stars for the couch.

The couch is perfect and wayfair made the transaction super easy. There was a problem with the delivery company but Wayfair fixed the problem and made things right. I will definitely be buying from the again

We just received our sofa and it's beautiful. Delivery went smoothly and the guys were very professional.
