Very disappointing. Delivery was confirmed several times, even down to a 4-hour window. When this was confirmed I set up arrangements to have my current furniture taken out of the house by the buyers. Then at the last minute Wayfair canceled the delivery. And I was left without ANY furniture for 6 days! I was not impressed at all. The white glove delivery service was great.

The couch is well made, the material is very different than most. it is soft but in a firm way. My niece had the same couch, that's why I got mine. You can sleep on it and it has two recliners. I would recommend Wayfair to every one . It's just like the ad on TV says. By the way I like your ad on TV, most ads suck, but yours is fun.
