I have been a loyal Wayfair customer for many years and have ordered countless items without issue. I trust Wayfair’s product representation and quality standards, which is why I felt confident making this purchase. Unfortunately, this has been the most expensive single item I’ve ever purchased from Wayfair—and by far the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered the Italian-style luxury rectangular dining table set by LABAORRY on October 2, waited patiently for delivery, and by the time it finally arrived on December 9, I was extremely disappointed with what was delivered. While all pieces were technically included and nothing was missing, the overall quality is far below expectations, especially considering how this set is marketed and priced as “luxury.” The set arrived in large wooden crates with absolutely no preparation guidance, assembly instructions, labeling, or care information whatsoever. There was no documentation included at all, which is unacceptable for a product advertised at this level. Upon unpacking, multiple chairs were visibly dirty and stained. I immediately had to clean them, and some stains could not be removed at all. This should never happen with brand-new furniture. In addition, the faux leather wrap around the table looks cheap, poorly finished, and inconsistent, which completely contradicts the “luxury” description used in the listing. The craftsmanship, finishing, and quality control simply do not align with the price point or the way this product is presented online. Ironically, the return process was the easiest and most satisfying part of this entire experience. Wayfair has built a strong reputation over the years, and I hope they continue to protect that reputation by holding third-party vendors accountable. Products like this reflect poorly on Wayfair and are not worth the financial loss or customer frustration they create. Very disappointed overall.
