Large desserte Kibby

I love my buffet. It’s done beautifully and sturdy. It’s 100 percent worth the money. It looks great and I’m very happy.

Fedex tracking shows shipment delivered but never received shipment and have paid over $700 for item never received. Submitted issue to Wayfair but they have referred me to shipper. As of now I am out over $700 and no resolution.

Unfortunately the first one came with a broken front leg. It comes assembled which is great but during the transportation process the leg got broken. Wayfairs customer service is great and ordered a replacement, unfortunately that one never made it to us and the shipping details look like it ended back up at the location it was shipped from. Again, great customer service from Wayfair and they ordered a replacement. Unfortunately, again the way in which it is shipped/packed/transported, this one was in even worse shape and had a back leg completely broken off and the other three legs were broken and damaged. The rest of the piece is in great condition, but due to the weight of the item, the legs just don’t seem to stand up to it being transported/shipped/etc. Its a beautiful piece but needs some work with how it’s packaged to transport without breaking.

Sorry but dont love it. I got this piece delivered to me and every time it was damaged. Not sure if it was the piece or the packaging but this was not a good one

Color was a bit off but beautiful heavy and sturdy piece. Opens and closes easily and fit suite a bit of storage.
