I paid for a new product, and was shipped an open box return that was missing parts. Both of the inside parts containing the hardware had been previously ripped open by someone else and all the smaller parts were just loose in the package. Predictably, I'm missing various pieces of hardware and am now waiting on a response from the product manufacturer. Update = I received a new hardware packet from the manufacturer and started to assemble the product, but discovered the doors on the front panel are very misaligned with large gaps. These doors come preinstalled from the manufacturer, so it is just poor workmanship and quality control. I suspect this is the reason I received an obviously open box returned product, someone probably saw the doors and returned it. I've reached out again for resolution. Update 2 = After not receiving the front panel door replacement I contacted the manufacturer again, they said oops they never shipped it. Another promise to ship the replacement front panel. I first received this product on March 20, it is now April 9th and I'm still waiting on parts to have a full product to assemble.

Very well built and solid piece! Sealed the top with food grade sealer. Putting it in a friend’s assisted living kitchen.

Arrived damaged. It is solid wood, sturdy, and heavy. Unfortunately it seems to have been mishandled during transport and now I'm stuck waiting for replacement parts. So I can't even finish the assembly until the whole front panel is replaced. The price was good for this but my first experience most certainly wasn't good.
