I love it color seating just beautiful comfortable I’m glad I bought

This is a stunningly attractive furniture set that is well-made, with no visible flaws or imperfections. It arrived with four levels of packaging to prevent scratches or damage: 1st layer--white netting, 2nd layer--microfiber blanket, 3rd layer--cardboard, 4th layer--shrink wrap. It took about 2 hours to unwrap, so my suggestion is to pay the additional amount to have it unpackaged and assembled on the spot, if you can afford the extra expense. The wrapping alone filled 3-30gallon trash bags. The padding for all three (loveseat, sofa, chair) is firm to extra firm. I think the set is more ideal for a business or professional setting, such as an office or waiting room, than a living room, as the seat cushions are non-removable and not very deep. It is difficult to lie on the sofa, as the surface area is very narrow. The firmness, however, provides incredible support--it's just not "cushy". Also, the color (brown/black selected) is much darker than received. I was hoping/expecting to get a more milk chocolate/caramel/cognac color, per the online photos, and the actual color is very dark brown, like dark chocolate. Also, the leg supports had only partially pre-drilled holes, with poor assembly instructions, so I had to pay for a handyman to drill the holes and install them in the proper location(s), as they were not marked on the underneath of the furniture. There are twelve leg supports total--four for each unit, with one going in each corner (left/right, front/back). Fortunately, Wayfair's Customer Service department was outstanding in helping me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. They really went above and beyond and appreciated that I was a Wayfair Rewards Member. In a word, their level of empathy and support was exceptional! My last bit of information is that none of the fabric tags attached to the furniture indicate that the material is made of leather. The fabric tag shows that polyurethane (PU) is used for the foam pad, and the cushions are made of polyester fiber. There is no mention anywhere of any type of leather used, and that is for all three pieces. I have asked Wayfair to verify the outer fabric material (twice) without success. Once, with a response that they couldn't answer the request, and the second with no response at all. I find it odd that they are unable to determine whether the leather is PU leather (i.e., fake leather) or actual, genuine, premium cowhide leather as listed. I could understand the difficulty if the furniture set was made by a third party, but this furniture set is sold under the brands of Lark Manor, Red Barrel Studio, Brayden Studio, and Orren Ellis--all of which are Wayfair-owned brands! I mean, this is literally their furniture set. How can they not know what it is made of? If it is PU leather, the set should probably be priced about $1,000 less, and if it is genuine cowhide leather, it could easily be priced about $1,000 more. Also, per the fabric label, the set contains no added flame-retardant chemicals but then continues to add that many of the flame-retardant chemicals are known to or strongly suspected of adversely impacting human health or development. I don't know what to make of all that, but I'm okay with it. For some reason, I can't upload my photos of the furniture or fabric label, but I will try again at a later date. Overall, this is a beautiful set, and I'm impressed every time I look at it. The wood accents add a real touch of class!

Very sturdy not flimsy delivery was nice. They put it together. Everything looks nice in the living room. The color is nice darker than I expected but gorgeous.

It's lovely furniture. The red is muted and darker that represents the picture very well. I was very worried it would be a brighter red. This set was a risk but it perfectly accented the room as I had hoped. The furniture seems well constructed and it's a bit firm now. I think it will soften a bit. The quality looks excellent. The big dogs have been all over it already and there are no issues.
