Would not recommend. I’m disappointed in the price for the quality of product received. The majority of it is manufactured wood, hasn’t been fully painted or sanded in places. The wheels for the pullout bar seating area aren’t made to function at all times. Often times when trying to wheel the island to a new location the wheels get caught up on each other causing the island to stop moving. I’m annoyed that I’ll need to make modifications to the product to make it functional. Also the butcher block top is a laminate not real wood, I’m not sure if I miss read that when purchasing but I was looking for solid wood not laminate so I’m disappointed in that as well. There are several other things that are frustrating, like the drawers are only fully usable at the front half because the bar table slides in and cuts up the top portion of drawer, the cabinet doors don’t line up, the spice holder in the cabinets are different heights between the bottom and top. The short one will hold some average size spices but th top dowel is placed too high so spices wont stay in place.
