The chair itself appears decent once assembled, but actually getting it assembled was an exercise in frustration. The product arrived with hardware but no assembly instructions whatsoever. The only paper included was a single supplemental page referencing steps in an instruction manual that was never provided. As a result, I spent hours trying to determine which hardware went where and how the adjustable backrest was supposed to be installed. For a piece of furniture with multiple components and a reclining mechanism, failing to include assembly instructions is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to search the internet, contact customer service, or reverse-engineer a piece of furniture just to put it together. The packaging and overall quality seem acceptable so far, but the assembly experience was terrible and unnecessarily stressful due to the missing instructions. If you purchase this item, be prepared to assemble it without any guidance. Would not recommend based on the assembly experience alone.

This is a great piece of sturdy furniture and it really elevates a bonus bedroom that I am using for my dogs when I need to go out and run errands! I sat and read a book with the dogs while some workmen were in my house and the dogs thought they’d died and gone to heaven lounging on it. The guys who put it together said it’s hard to make it lay flat but I won’t need to use it for that unless I have more than two additional people come over and stay the night that overflows from the guest room so I will cross that bridge when/if I come to it. I added a beautiful, oversized, needlepointed pillow and it really stands out as a unique piece of furniture. I am contemplating buying another one for my office so stay tuned! I just moved into a new house 2 weeks ago and Wayfair is delivering daily!

It's ok the color isn't wright

Poor material, looks cheap ,uncomfortable. To lay the back down as a sleeper you have to unscrew the back and vice versa .The most I would spend on something in this quality is $150 max, and that's being generous. I'm really disappointed this time.

Total regret on this purchase. Cheaply built, box was dropped. It doesn’t recline. It will turn into a bed if you unzip the back on each side take out 2 bolts and pop the legs out of the back. This isn’t worth nearly what you are charging. I am done with wayfair
